Yesterday I had problems with my blog hosting service, again! I was posting a new entry and couldn’t get access to my site. I had the same problem last weekend that resulted in my blog being down for the whole two days.
So this time I decided to change hosts, as I was getting sick and tired of not being able to access my blog when I wanted. Yeah, ain’t technology great?
I found a new hosting service Dreamhost, through the WordPress website, and proceeded to change my blog over to the new server.
Everything went well with the registration process, the nameservers changeover and the WordPress install. The WordPress install was all done with one click. The Dreamhost control panel is well, a dream to use. 
Then when I was uploading everything to put my blog back in place, I found there weren’t any posts. My themes, plugins and everything else were all there, however there was no content! Oh boy was I fed up.
I thought I’d done everything right but obviously I hadn’t. The upshot of al this is I now have a blog with no content at all, nada!
I guess this means a new start.
So if you’re visiting and find nothing here, please come back again later. I haven’t gone anywhere. I have just had a little problem. In the grand scheme of things it’s pretty unimportant but it sure pisses me off more than I can say. lolol

Oh, and I now have to go out and shovel the snow that fell over the last 24 hours, piles of the damn stuff! As high as the car in places. lolol

Hope you get the shovelling done okay. I’ve just finished. We had one hell of a storm too, probably the same amount as you, and it drifted. Arrrrgh!

Basically it’s my own fault. I must have done something wrong, just don’t know what. Live and learn eh? The snow shovelling really tempered my anger and frustration though. lol
